Age: 9
Job: Student
Religion: Unknown
First appearance: Cartman Gets an Anal Probe

Wendy Marie Testaburger is Stan Marsh's girlfriend and considered by many to be the main female character of the students, along with Bebe Stevens. Out of all the girls, Wendy is the most prominent. She is very outspoken, often spouting out support for any liberal cause.

Wendy was mostly important as Stan's love interest. She seems to embody the girl next door in Stan's case. Personality-wise she is more or less the same as Stan; mature for her age, critical of popular trends, moral and intellectual. Wendy would often attempt to talk with Stan, which would make him so nervous he would vomit, causing her to scream, "Ew! Gross!" and leave. Later, Wendy became Stan's girlfriend, and at some points, was very protective of Stan. Later they seemed to lose interest in each other. Although, it has been referenced throughout the series that they were in love. She officially broke up with Stan and instead dated Token Black, but nothing longstanding happened. It was clear she still had feelings for him, as she had evidently tried at least once to take him back, but he had made it very clear that he was not going to let her get away with breaking his heart.

She is also known to get jealous very easily, in regards to Stan paying attention to other girls. This was first evident when she accused an attractive substitute teacher of stealing Stan from her. Later, her best friend, Bebe Stevens was getting more attention from Stan than her (whilst he ignored Wendy, to the point of forgetting her name) because Bebe was developing breasts. Wendy had breast implants placed on her so she would receive more attention from Stan. However, instead of boys liking her, they ridiculed her because they had realized the "control" breasts had over their lives. In later episodes, her breast implants are gone as if she never had them, possibly held down by her coat. Wendy has a head of mid-back length black hair with bangs, and she wears a pink beret, a light purple jacket with a blue collar, blue gloves, and either yellow pants or a yellow skirt.

Wendy played a crucial role in helping Stan find out who sabotaged the List, and accidentally shoots Kenny. At the end of the episode, she mentions how Stan has "changed" and, she leans in and is about to kiss him when he vomits on her, confirming that they are still in love and may have officially started a new relationship. After Stan throws up on her, she is shown smiling at him.

[edit] Friendships and Relationships

[edit] Stan Marsh

Main Article: Stan Marsh.

Wendy was most well-known as Stan Marsh's girlfriend. He was revealed to have been attracted to her for some time already, and she had apparently felt the same way for him. The main thing that used to get in their way was the fact that Stan constantly threw up on her, especially whenever they tried to kiss.

Wendy still stayed with him, though, and got extremely jealous and angry at anyone and anything which got in their way (she paid a bunch of Iraqi agents to kill the substitute teacher, Ms. Ellen, because Stan had fallen for her, and she insulted Bebe after Stan became drawn to Bebe's developing breasts). After the events of Bigger,Longer and Uncut, though, their relationship had barely any screen time, and at times seemed strained. On Stan's part, though, it may be because he was too busy to pay attention to her, or that he didn't fully understand how to make a romantic relationship work, being only nine and Wendy being his first girlfriend. Although, it has been referenced that they were still together. She officially broke up with him during Fourth Grade, the only reason given was that she wanted to date Token, although it was most likely due in part to the very little time they spent together.

Even after she had broken up with him, he still showed feelings for her, and he tried desperately to impress her, and grew jealous of Kyle because he was working with Wendy on the egg science project. Wendy also showed feelings for Stan at the end of the episode - it was not only clear that she missed Stan, but that she felt guilty for dumping him, and was taking it as hard as he did. However, rather than take her back when she appealed to him, he acted proudly and said "As if I give a crap about what you think, Wendy", before she left with her head down.

A few months later, Wendy helped Stan to discover that the election of who the cutest and the ugliest boys were was rigged. Later, she admitted that she enjoyed hanging out with him again, and they attempt to kiss (but Stan throws up on her again) after he throws up on her, she smiles. A few weeks afterward, Stan pairs with Wendy on the field trip; saying he's with his girlfriend and does not want to look like a dork. This indicates that they have finally gotten back together again.

[edit] Family

Wendy with her mother and father

From what has been seen of the Testaburger family, Wendy has a mother and a father. She seems to be a Daddy's girl, as she uses her charm and smarts to get her Dad to help her Her mother seems to be very conscious of her daughter's age, as she thought she was too young for breast implants in. Mrs. Testaburger is later revealed to be the City Planner.

The mother has neck-length black hair, and wears a blue jacket, a greyish shirt, and a brown skirt. Face and hair-wise, she strongly resembles Miss Stevens, the choir teacher. The father has dark red hair, beard and moustache. He wears a green sweater with a white shirt underneath, and dark blue jeans.
