Synopsis[]
The Saginaw Police ask Mayor McDaniels for help which she refuses to help at all.
Plot[]
The story begin in the mayor's office which Johnson had brought a letter to Mayor McDaniels which she had instantly thought another lawsuit that was caused by the boys again... Actually it is a plea for help from Saginaw, Michigan to bring in, extra police help to patrol their crime ridden city's streets which Mayor McDaniels greatly despises Saginaw for many reasons.
Meanwhile at the school in Garrison's class which the class is learning about the State of Michigan for the state of the day, and Cartman have to bring the state's notorious violent cities that includes Saginaw in the mix.
Which the South Park residents are not pleased with Saginaw's plea for help, because South park have their own problem to deal with first, and agreeing with the mayor's stance against sending her officers to that town.
But the very next day which two Saginaw police detectives came in hopes to change the stubborn McDaniels' stance against their city which it fails after one of them rudely commented South Park being a Hicksville which it greatly upset her and the city council which it had gotten them nothing in the end.
