Stanman is the romantic pairing of Eric Cartman and Stan Marsh. It is also known as Cartan.

Cartman and Stan are fairly good friends and don't argue as much as Cartman argues with Kyle. Although Stan usually spends most of his time with Kyle, there have been episodes where they have spent time together. A perfect example of this is in the episode, Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow, where the two were pretending to drive the speed boat that belongs to Catman's uncle (the uncle that he actually doesn't have). While Stan was pretending to drive, Cartman had said "Isn't this fun? Just you and me hangin' out, Stan. No stupid Kyle around." Possibly meaning that he does value their friendship a bit. In the episode, Trapped in the Closet, Cartman had told Stan that he still hates Kyle more then he hates him.

In Woodland Critter Christmas, Cartman made Stan the main character of his story, calling him "the boy in the red-poof ball hat." Since the story is based on what Cartman really thinks of his friends and others around him, Stan is the only one who is basically the same as he is in real life while Kyle becomes evil and eventually dies of AIDS and Kenny is not present in the story at all.

In Simpsons Already Did It, Cartman comments to Tweek "You're just as bad as Stan, always spending time with his girlfriend". This could be a sign of jealousy.

The pairing is not well known. But there are fanarts and fanfics. However, they are difficult to find.
