Ranald is the romantic pairing of Randy Marsh and Gerald Broflovski.

Its origin may of come from the episode, Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub where the two of them watched each other masturbate in Mr. Mackey's hot tub. It could have also come from the fact that Randy is Stan's father and Gerald is Kyle's father and the two seem to get along well and spend a good deal of time with each other.
