Kelley is the romantic pairing of Kenny McCormick and the minor character, Kelly.

The pairing comes from the episode, Rainforest Schmainforest where Kenny and Kelly had fell in love with each other. However, as much as she loved him, she didn't want to be in love with him because they lived in different parts of the country. Kelly also couldn't get Kenny's name right because of his parka that muffles his speech. At the end of the episode, Kelly decided to be his girlfriend anyway. Kelly saved Kenny's life by doing CPR after he was hit by a lighting bolt.

In the episode, Spontaneous Combustion, Kenny was supposed to have a date with Kelly but he bursted into nothing but ashes at the start of episode. Their relationship was never brought up ever again in the show and Kelly only appeare once more, at the dance in Hooked on Monkey Fonics, in the background, although Kenny was dead at this point.

Kelly also may have appeared off-screen in Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy, as Cartman refers to a Kelly Nelson, and Kenny does not seem to laugh while Cartman describes his prank.

In the episode Pandemic Kenny states that girls like shaved balls, possibly refering to Kelly.

This pairing may not be active anymore, due to the fact that Kenny dates Tammy Warner in The Ring. This may be because they live far away from each other.

Kelly also appeared in the South Park: BLU in the group of kids watching the Terrance and Philip movie. Curiously, Kenny doesn't seem to recognize her, though Stan sits right next to Damien and does not seem to recognize him so this may be justified.

The pairing has some fans and there are some fanarts and fanfics dedicated to them. Notably, unlike Kyle's relationship with Rebecca Cotswolds and other one-off characters, old fanfictions from the time of her introduction show she seemed to be accepted and some may have believed she was to become a permanent character.

Kelly may be making a comeback in recent stories, as she has made a few appearances recently, more so than usual.
