Sexual activity between family members is illegal and considered a highly traumatic form of sexual assault and is sometimes used in fanfiction, even gen works, for dramatic purposes. Some characters, such as Butters Stotch, have undergone this kind of assault within canon.
In the South Park fandom, incest pairings are extremely rare but occasionally represented in fanfiction or fan art, such as several fics involving members of the McCormick family.
