Emily Sofia Kendrik (or 'Emi') is an original character created by sonicalaeriza on DeviantART.
Emi is a 9 year old girl who lived in another random country, she moved to North Park when she was 4 years old, there she met her best friend William Koiv, a genius-geek boy of the same age. Later she moved to South Park due to weather problems. She always has her hood, only removes it in extreme cases, practices tae-kwon-do, has terrible English and is in love with Kenny but doesn’t admit it... at all.
She has a superhero alter ego named Chess and worked with BlackRabbit but later she become a villain named Darkfly (dark butterfly) even though butterflies scare her.
Appearance
Emi has straight brown hair in two pigtails with two red bows. She has tan skin and green eyes. Wears a red parka using the hood on with a black skirt, white pantyhose and black schoolgirl shoes. She sometimes uses gloves, beige or white.
Personality
Tends to be quiet, a bit annoying but nice, really pervy, smart but sometimes a bit nerd, doesn’t like to say her feelings because she thinks that it can cause problems but every time she ends saying her feelings in the MOST stupid and ridiculous way....cries for almost everything... she is like "a good girl" but obviously she isn't.
She likes chocolate, video games, drawing, singing, gross things, running, snowball wars and fighting(even if she isn't too strong for it). She can make a friend with just a conversation and when she sees someone sad or something she tries to cheer up the person, but for her it isn't easy to make friends with girls because she doesn't like and doesn't pay attention to girly stuff (like shoes, bags, clothes, etc.).
Vomit scares her a lot, since when she was 6 years old she's had a bad experience with it. She hates too much girly things (this includes PINK), being insulted, swearing(but she says them sometimes when she is really angry) and fetuses.
Family
Her family is almost unknown, because her parents are always working in their Christian church.
Chess

Emily created a super hero named Chess when she met her best friend William Koiv (BlackRabbit), both liked Alice in Wonderland and admires Coon & Friends, so they promised that they will be part of C&F. As William is a genius boy, he built a device with the appearance of a chessboard that can make Chess invisible when she presses it. When she moved to South Park she searched C&F base on William's orders, in the night she found Mysterion but she didn't recognize him and started to panic, pressed her device and turned invisible, in that moment the Coon appears and start to talk with Mysterion, but since he was sick, he barfed and died due to falling, broke his neck and head, Chess freaked out because the vomit scares her and ran. Later she found the C&F and asked the Coon if she could join but he didn't let her join because she is a girl and dark skinned, so she promised that she will get the revenge and kept the Chess costume for a long while.
Darkfly
Darkfly
When C&F declined her request to join them, she started to spy every C&F reunion, so she heard about Professor Chaos and saw him in the Coon's jail. She made a plan to help Chaos and get the revenge, to make it, she created a new villain alter-ego named Darkfly (Dark butterfly). At the next night she went to Cartman's house and helps Chaos escape, when she explained everything to Chaos, she asked to make a team with him and General Dissaray to make a plan in order to destroy Coon and Friends plan but as usual it failed... Darkfly and Mysterion get involved in a fight but they couldn't finish it due to the butterfly problem.
Later The Black One they let Darkfly join Coon and Friends in the episode the Nearly People. At first she wanted to fight the Coon back but he wasn't there.

Her first appearance is in the second chapter and seems to be in love with Kenny, because when Kyle arrived to the NYT offices and request to enter the porter have a note by Emily saying "Only let enter to: Invited by appointment, Referred to by critics in reviews, Kenny McCormick (hearts)".

Her first appearance is when they went to the boarding school and she tells Clyde that they will share room with Craig and Kevin. Although she isn't from London, in this fanfic she is.

Creation
Emily was created in January 2011 just for fun, but the college friends of the creator created the couple of Emily and Kenny even if the creator didn't want it.
